HOW DO I ORDER FOOBLE TIME AND AGAIN?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES FOOBLE ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and other PayFast payments as forms of payment. It is important to note that your chosen payment method must be enabled by your banking institution for online purchases.

IS FOOBLE SUBSCRIPTION/PLANS BASED?

The short answer, as yet, no...we hope to soon be digitally subscription compliant and geared for you to enjoy on a weekly basis (whooooooop whoooop!)

CAN I GET MORE THAN ONE BOX?

Sure, you can. All you need to do is login and navigate to the ORDER page and START your ORDER for the burger and pizza kits you'd like to have delivered. We cant wait to see you again!

HOW DO I SWITCH BETWEEN CHESTS?

All you need to do is login and navigate to the ORDER page and change your order you have now and then START a new order for the mealkit (box) you'd like to have delivered.

IS THERE A CONTRACT?

No. All FOOBLE MEALKITS (boxes) are once off orders

This means you can skip a week, or two but we know you'll be back soon or permanently. 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Every week, you'll have the opportunity to order FOOBLE kits (boxes) that are due for delivery in 24-48 hours - in good time to login, and/or change your order.

I FORGOT TO ORDER IN TIME (poo emoji), CAN I STILL ORDER?

We have to get our orders into all our food partners and vendors by afternoon (3pm) for a 24-48 hour delivery and similarly we have to make sure they can search for the bestest and freshest ingredients so you can divulge in the most succulent tastes...We find that if we chop and change our order afterwards too much; confusion and errors may creep in (poo emoji). We hope you understand.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

f you have already been billed; and we have packed your order for delivery; we will unfortunately not be able to cancel. We will also if not as yet packed and queued for delivery be happy to refund/credit your order to its value. We are always happy to communicate forward with respect to unforeseen circumstances...please get hold of us.

WHAT IF MY SUBURB IS NOT ON THE DELIVERY LIST?

Currently, we're delivering to selected suburbs in Gauteng. If we are unable to deliver to your suburb, don't stress pop us an email and lets get to it - let us where you are and we'll check with our delivery partners or courier to see if we can accommodate you.

WHICH DAYS DOES FOOBLE DELIVER?

You'll get your FOOBLE Mealkitt delivered to your door 24-48 hours after yopur order has been placed online and paid for between 8am and 5pm.

You are welcome to stipulate order preferences in terms of days of delivery on the "Comments/Delivery Instructions" section at the ORDER page...*

 

WHAT TIME WILL MY FOOBLE CHEST GET DELIVERED

Your box will be delivered between 8am and 5pm, 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. If you do have a constraint (like your housekeeper leaves at 3pm), please make a note in the "Comments/Delivery Instructions" and we'll do absolutely everything we can to accommodate you

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN FOOBLE DELIVERS?

We'll make a plan. We'll try to contact you first to figure it out, but if we can't reach you we'll make an arrangement to leave your box with a neighbour, receptionist, security guard and then let you know.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

The cost is included in the mealkit price.
